Changes coming…

Hello Everyone!
I am officially on my winter break! Yay!

I have a lot of exciting posts to come!

Also, my blog is almost a year old. I learned a lot my first year of blogging and there are about to be a lot of changes coming to my blog. Mainly I have set up a very strict schedule for me to stick to for my blog. I also will be FINALLY be starting a YouTube in the new year, I have said it for years and years (made videos ready to post and not posted them because they weren’t perfect) and I think I am finally ready to start it. Very scared and excited for that. I’m always so scared to post thing on my blog/ig/youtube (if it’s not perfect) but my goal for the new year is to let that go and post EVERYTHING, even if it isn’t perfect.

21st Birthday

I’M 21

I had a lovely weekend for my 21st birthday.

Thursday my parents ordered food in and we watched a movie and they gave me my gift. I got beautiful earrings and surprised with tickets for Jingle Ball.

Friday I went to NYC for the day. I went with my parents and my friend Kelly to go see the tree and go shopping. Then Kelly and I went to Z100 Jingle Ball, it was amazing so many good people performed. Then we went to the Sugar Factory after for a drink.

OUTFIT: Coat, ASOS. Shirt, Forever 21. Jeans, Torrid. Sneakers, Reebok. Pure, Burberry. Sunglasses, Celine.

Saturday was my birthday, I slept all morning and afternoon because I got home the night before at 5am. Then I got ready to go to dinner with my parents and my friend Carolyn, we had a lovely dinner. Then Carolyn took me out for drinks after.

OUTFIT: Dress, Topshop. Jacket, Torrid. Shoes, Steve Madden. Lip, Jeffree Star, Anna Nicole.

Sunday I went to a Christmas party with my friends Carolyn and Jackie. Then Jackie came back to my house and we baked a cake and watched a movie, it was a lovely night.

Leopard Shoe Trend

There seems to be a leopard shoe trend going around. Here are two that caught my eye. One is a sneaker/loafer style and one is a bootie. They are at a low price so you can be on trend with everyone else and not have dropped that much money on them, and if the trend leaves quick you didn’t invest that much money in $200 boots that are really popular at the moment.

Jeffree Star – Androgyny

This shade is part of the holiday collection. I LOVE IT! Perfect for this time of the year. It was darker than I thought but I think that might be because i’m so pale. Here is a picture of me wearing it.

Two of my favorite artists put out CDs this month. I have been listening to them non stop.

One Direction – Made In The A.M.

No secret that 1D is my fav.. I find it really hard to pic my favorite songs on this album. Some of my favorites are, If I Could Fly, Love You Goodbye, What A Feeling, Perfect & Never Enough. AND off the Deluxe edition have all of my favorites, I wish they were on the full length, LOVE Wolves, Temporary Fix & Walking In the Wind so much. So basically I love almost all the songs, there are a few I don’t love too much, but overall an amazing album.

Little Mix – Get Weird

This album is my JAM. I love Little Mix and I love their other albums so much but this is the best album that they have put out so far. I love Grown, OMG, Lighting, Clued Up & The End are my favorites. If you don’t listen to Little Mix and enjoy JAMS then I suggest you give this album a listen.

This is a gorgeous primer with a slight yellow tint to help with redness, it helps with redness a bit but does not remove all redness. But, it does have a very nice luminous look on the skin. I have been using this almost everyday.

Hi there! I’m Kelly!

The past few weeks I have been thinking hard about what my first post should be about. Then, I thought that I should probably introduce myself first. So, here I go…

Hi there! I’m Kelly, I am twenty and I live in New York. Welcome to my fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog. I am currently attending college for business management but my passion is doing anything creative. I am just a shy, but not quiet, quirky, artsy type of person. I have always wanted to write a blog and start a YouTube channel for as long as I can remember. Whenever I have free time I am always watching some of my favorite people on YouTube and I am always wishing I had their life. Then about a year ago, I decided I was going to start a YouTube channel and a blog, even though I am not that great at writing. I thought that I have somewhat of an interesting life and a lot of free time, so why don’t I fill my free time with doing something I love.

I have always dreamed of owing a little “hole in the wall” cafe, bookstore, artsy type of place where people can come to listen to soothing acoustic music and relax, read, paint, knit or whatever they enjoy to do.

…but, in the meantime I am obsessed with fashion, love to discover new beauty products and take pictures to share with the world. I love how bloggers can inspire people to feel better by helping them with life situations and making fashion, beauty and lifestyle suggestions.

My goal in life is to inspire people and help them to be all that they can be.

So here we go time to finally start my blog!
